The other day, I decided to confront one of my fears. After I’d done so, I had a realization that I decided would be a good kickstart for my YouTube videos. You can watch it here (and don’t be afraid to have a reaction – having a really good laugh is okay):
So… What can you do about it?
If fear isn’t anxiety: what can you do about your anxiety?

Watch your own thoughts!
Stop imagining things that will NEVER happen.
Live your life in REALITY – not in your mind.
Challenge yourself. ALWAYS challenge yourself. It’s what makes you GROW.
If you don’t challenge yourself, your CONFIDENCE will not grow, it will SHRINK.
If you don’t challenge yourself, daily – every single day – the only thing that’ll grow: is your anxiety – the stuff that’s in your head.
– it’ll just get worse and worse, in a downward spiral.
And remember: anxiety comes in MANY forms. And it’s a silent killer.
A silent killer to your ideas, dreams and ambitions! You’ll dare less and less.
“Daring less” will become a HABIT of yours.
BREAK THAT HABIT! Break it! Before it’s too late.
And no, there’s no tiger running after you.
So stop moaning, complaining and making up excuses for yourself.
YOU can. And I believe in you! So c’mon Forest, run! Run!
