Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency USD, exclusive of 25% danish moms (VAT) unless specifically specified otherwise. 25% VAT will be added to purchases made from within the EU, only. However, if you’re an EU registered business, you can enter and validate your VAT number during checkout, to have the VAT removed.
For payment-processing you can choose between Stripe and PayPal. The choice is yours, and the total price is the same. PayPal accepts most major credit cards, and does not require you to register, in order to pay.
Costs and fees relating to transfer of payment are included in the price. You are not charged extra for it.
Should a lifetime plan be available, its one-time payment will give you access to the membership area, for the life of the site / its existence.
WebMatros reserves the right to change pricing without further notice. But if you’re on a subscription plan, your subscription rate will ALWAYS remain unchanged.
WebMatros reserves the right to terminate any account due to unacceptable personal behavior of the account owner. Such behaviour includes (and is not limited to): bad language, verbal abuse, racistic remarks, etc. What’s unacceptable is determined by WebMatros. In the case of memberships, the membership will be deactivated, and no refund for the remaining period issued. For product sales (one-time purchases) account will be deactivated and no refund issued if after the 30 day money back period. So please: act accordingly. Treat fellow members / course participants with respect. A good guideline is The Noble Eightfold Path 🙂
For one-time payments you’ll have access to the content as long as the product exists / for the entire product lifetime.
For memberships you have access for the duration your membership is active.
www.webmatros.com is using cookies to track various user behaviour, as well as provide a shopping cart, among other things.
Your payment card information is always handled via a secure connection and stored only in encrypted form.
Content you have created or co-created and submited to WebMatros (including but not limited to: comments written and data uploaded) during your use of www.webmatros.com will not be automatically deleted by cancelling your account. However, you’re welcome to contact WebMatros via email to ask for your content to be removed. Upon acceptance of your request, this removal will happen within 14 days.
Uploading content to www.webmatros.com that you do not own the rights to, will result in deactivation of your account.
WebMatros will never sell nor share your personal information or data, including but not limited to: your name, email, phone number, card/payment details with third parties. Exception: in case the authorities or involved third parties such as WebMatros’ server provider asks for data, WebMatros will have to oblige and do so.
WebMatros reserves the right to use screenshots, screencasts and text snippets of site activity, including user contributed content (like comments, submitted examples of work done as a result of you following tutorials, etc) in marketing-related activities of www.webmatros.com only.
WebMatros can not be held liable in case of data loss, hacking attempts or force majeure.
You’ll receive a receipt and login via email, immediately after your purchase has been completed.
You will be automatically billed at the interval and amount specified at the time of purchase. You will receive a receipt via email for each money transaction.
When purchasing a subscription, you have access for as long as the service exists, or until you cancel your subscription.
Your login is personal and not shareable, including within the context of your company or the company in which you’re employed. Your IP is logged, and fraud in this regard may cause your account to be deactivated. You will be contacted via email about this first, to make sure you know it’s a problem.
WebMatros currently only offers refunds for yearly subscriptions. You need to get in touch via email [email protected] within 30 days of initial payment. Cancellation after 30 days, or of monthly subscriptions; does not trigger a refund. Stand-alone products / downloads are not refundable. However, you should always reach out to WebMatros in case you aren’t 100% satisfied, as that is the prime objective when you’re involved as a customer. Please never hesitiate to get in touch and share your concerns and feelings. We might work something out.
Downloadable products are downloadable via your customer account page as well as an email sent to you immediately after your purchase. Please note this link might expire, so pay attention to the eventually noted time limit.
